Ukrainian delegation extends stay in Riyadh for additional talks with U.S. representatives

As a reminder, negotiations between the Ukrainian and American delegations ended yesterday in Riyadh, as reported by the Minister of Defense of Ukraine Rustem Umerov on Facebook. “The conversation was constructive and meaningful – we discussed key issues, in particular in the energy sector,” he said.

Negotiations between the Russian delegation and the US team took place in the Saudi capital. According to Russian media, they lasted more than 12 hours.

As Ukrinform reported, US President Donald Trump expects to sign a minerals agreement with Ukraine “in the near future.”
