Firefighters responded to a brush fire Wednesday north of Los Angeles on a day of red flag warnings for parts of Southern California.
The fire was reported at about 10:30 a.m. off the northbound 5 Freeway at Lake Hughes Road. Smoke was visible from the freeway in northern Los Angeles County.
There was no immediate threat to structures.
